At tortello we believe good food has the power to bring people together. It’s why we do things the slow, honest way – by hand, with patience, and with a whole lot of heart.

Our name tortello, a single tortelloni, reflects everything we stand for: care in the smallest details, respect for tradition and the belief that real flavour comes from real craft. Guided by our Chef, Giuseppe, we start with ingredients that matter – silky flour from specialist Italian mills, rich golden yolk eggs made just for us, and produce from artisan farmers who work the way we do: with pride, purpose and devotion.

In our kitchen, our old Italian recipes are met with a gentle modern touch. It’s a simple kind of magic – the blend of tradition and creativity, of memory and discovery. From delicate antipasti and hand-folded pasta to seasonal secondi and pizzas, everything we make is honest and soulful.

More than anything, tortello is a place for togetherness. A place where time slows, stories are shared, and moments are memorable. Because for us, the best moments in life happen around a table.
